• Search by part number, part name or brand, or filter by category.
• Wholesale prices show only after your account is approved.
• Quantity moves in pack sizes and never goes below the minimum order quantity.
• Tap Add to cart on any part that is in stock.

Your working list before you send it to Sphartan.

• Change quantities or remove parts; the cart is saved on your phone.
• Add a note for anything special (urgent, fitment doubt, substitute allowed).
• Send order request — you can also share the summary to Sphartan on WhatsApp in one tap.
• An order request is not a final bill; prices are confirmed by Sphartan.

Every request you have sent, with its live stage.

• Follow the bar: Requested → Confirmed → Packed → Dispatched → Delivered.
• See any changes Sphartan made — quantity changed, part unavailable or substituted.
• Once dispatched you get the transporter, LR/bilty number, number of boxes and the LR receipt photo.
• Send the LR details to your own staff on WhatsApp with one tap.

Your GST tax invoices and how you pay them.

• Open a bill to print it or save it as a PDF.
• Pay with the UPI QR for the exact amount, or open your UPI app directly.
• Bank transfer details are on the same page with one-tap copy.
• Submit the UTR number, payment mode and screenshot as proof; Sphartan verifies it and the bill turns Paid.
• Approved credit dealers can settle on credit and see limit, used and available amounts.

Your shop profile and approval status.

• Keep the business name, GSTIN, address and state correct — the state decides CGST+SGST or IGST on your bills.
• Update phone, WhatsApp and contact person any time.
• Your ledger shows bills as debits, verified payments as credits and the running balance.
